Open the App Store
From the tvOS home screen, open the App Store.

Search for your player
Search for the player named in your MaxConnect welcome email (or MaxConnect if listed).

Get the app
Choose Get to install, then open it from your home screen.

Sign in
Enter your MaxConnect login or playlist details from your email and start watching.
Streaming quality tip
For the smoothest experience, connect over a wired or 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection and keep other heavy downloads paused while you watch.
